THIS POST IS FIXED TERM UNTIL 31/05/2019 DUE TO FUNDING.  INTERNAL APPLICANTS MAY APPLY THROUGH A SECONDMENT.

Applications are invited from candidates for the above post, working within the Organisational Development team. We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual with relevant experience in designing and delivering Engagement / OD programmes to individuals and teams of people.  The post holder will have excellent communication skills and will demonstrate strong relationship building skills to contribute towards developing the desired organisational culture.  The post holder will support the OD team with delivering the operational elements of the Staff Engagement Strategy across the Health Board.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post
