This is a unique opportunity to join our team at the beginning of a very exciting journey. We are looking for an experience children’s nurse with specialist skills to establish our service for children who are technology dependant living in our community. Initially based in our East Area Children's and Young Peoples Service, Wrexham and Flintshire, the expectation is that this role and service will develop to cover North Wales going forward.

We are looking for the right individual to join our team to support the strategy, governance and delivery of the packages of care for children who live in the community initially focusing on those requiring mechanical ventilation. If you have the clinical skills and enthusiasm we will support you to develop the remit of this role.

You will provide clinical expertise and governance to care packages already in place; working to establish our strategy for the longer term provision of these children and young people. You will be supported by our established children’s community team, our adult high dependency service and the senior clinical teams across the patch. We can offer the right individual the access to all our development and support services as well as joining a small and friendly team.

The interview: 9th March.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
