This exciting and challenging role offers a Nurse Practitioner the opportunity to be at the forefront of the GP Out of Hours Service based in Ysbyty Wrexham Maelor.

The Nurse Practitioner will be expected to provide high level clinical expertise, knowledge, and skills in the treatment of patients in the Out of Hours setting. This will include taking the lead role in the clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of patients who may present with acute/urgent medical needs at times when their GP surgeries are closed.

This autonomous practitioner role is part of an Out of Hours team caring for the population of Flintshire and Wrexham during evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
