Theatre Practitioner - Scrub
The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based patient care. Work collaboratively and co-operatively with other members of the multi disciplinary team to meet the needs of patients with minimal supervision. Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members. The post holder will be expected to utilise their clinical skills during the anaesthetic, surgical ( scrub and circulating duties ) and post anaesthetic care phases of the peri-operative period.

Ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
