Dyma gyfle cyffrous ar gyfer aelodau staff profiadol addas i weithio ar lefel Band 4 o fewn y Gwasanaeth Ffisiotherapi yn ardal y Gorllewin fel rhan o dîm Trosglwyddo Gofal Arhosiad Byr ac o fewn y Tîm Strôc Aciwt.

Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn gweithio ar draws y ddau dîm gan ddarparu ymyriadau clinigol o fewn lleoliadau cymunedol a safle Ysbyty Gwynedd. Bydd disgwyl i’r ymgeisydd fod ag ystod eang o sgiliau clinigol a fydd yn ffurfio rhan o ymyriadau clinigol a swyddogaethol/cymdeithasol, gyda’r gallu i weithio’n dda gydag ystod eang o ymarferwyr gofal Iechyd, gofal cymdeithasol a’r trydydd sector.

Mae’n hanfodol fod yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn hunan gymhelliol, gyda’r gallu i weithio mewn gwahanol sefyllfaoedd clinigol, gan ddelio gyda materion arferol a brys yn ogystal a bod a gallu amlwg i ddatrys problemau a dangos blaengarwch.

Band 4, Physiotherapy Assistant

 

Short Stay Transfer of Care team / Acute Stroke team.

 An exciting opportunity has arisen for suitably experienced staff members to work

at Band 4 level within the Physiotherapy Service in Area West as part of the Short

Stay Transfer of Care team and within the Acute Stroke team.

The successful applicant will work across both teams and deliver clinical interventions within the community setting and the Ysbyty Gwynedd site. They will be expected to have a wide range of clinical skills that will form part of clinical and socio-functional interventions, and must be able to work well with a wide range of health, social care and third-sector practitioners.

It is expected that the successful candidate will be self-motivated, and to be able to work across different clinical situations, dealing with both routine and urgent matters; a clear ability to problem solve and use initiative is essential.

The post holder will be expected to work independently, but under the clinical direction of a qualified Physiotherapist, in order to support the delivery of both service elements, and be expected to undertake a broad spectrum of clinical work in order to maximise the work of the Multidisciplinary Teams.

 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post
