A LAS ST3 , 2nd on-call in obstetrics and gynaecology (O&G) is required to be based at Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital in Bangor, North Wales. This post would suit those with a special interest or those wishing to broaden their experience in this specialty. The post holder will work with one of the current consultant teams in O&G to deliver the clinical services across North West Wales.
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is the largest health organisation in Wales, providing services for a population of around 676,000 people across the six counties of North Wales.
The post holders’ main base will be at Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital in Bangor. There may be additional clinical duties at four satellite clinics namely, Llandudno General Hospital, Llandudno, Alltwen Hospital, Tremadog, Clinic Doc Victoria, Caernarfon and Penrhos Stanley Hospital, Holyhead.
The post is available on a full time basis and will be appointed under the national terms and conditions of the Health Board
