An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and efficient individual to work with the Hospital Management Team as Directorate Secretary for Emergency Care.
The successful candidate will gain knowledge, skills and experience working in the Hospital Management Administration Team alongside the Directorate General Manager and the Deputy Directorate General Manager for Emergency Care. This individual will provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administrative support including; diary management, typing, arranging and minuting meetings as well as the collation of information and production of reports for the Hospital Management Team.
The post holder will need to communicate effectively and will be required to demonstrate a professional, sensitive manner and maintain confidentially at all times. A good standard of education is essential, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative and be efficient and organised. Applicants should also have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
