ORTHOPAEDIC WARD (Pantomime Ward)

Full Time / Part Time Positions Available                                            

Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Registered Nurse or newly qualified looking for an opportunity to work on our Orthopaedic ward within the Wrexham Maelor Hospital?

The Surgical Division at the Wrexham Maelor Hospital is a progressive, supportive environment with a dynamic and motivated team.

Our busy but friendly ward is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic permanent nurses wishing to gain experience in Orthopedic Nursing. Orthopaedic wards are an exciting, rewarding and challenging place to work. We are an experienced nursing team delivering a range of high standards in key services.

If you are already working in Nursing, be a student who qualifies in the near future, or a registered nurse who wants to return after a career break we would like to meet you.   We have opportunities available for those who are keen to develop professionally and make a significant contribution to the delivery of high quality, safe evidenced based care. Our focus is around continually improving the patient experience.

In exchange for your flexibility and commitment, we can offer a full induction, regular appraisals and feedback. In addition we will offer you support and education, a preceptorship where appropriate and will help you achieve your NMC revalidation requirements.

Further development opportunities and training programs for more experienced staff are also available.

All applicants must be a Registered Nurse and have concurrent validation with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
