Mae cyfle wedi codi yn Adran Radioleg Ysbyty Maelor Wrecsam ar gyfer Mamograffydd brwdfrydig, profiadol a chymwysedig iawn sy’n ymrwymo i ddarparu gofal cleifion o ansawdd uchel i ymuno ac arwain tîm sy'n perfformio'n dda. I ddechrau byddwch yn rhannu'r rôl hon i alluogi'r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus i weithio ochr yn ochr â radiograffydd arweiniol y fron profiadol.  

Mae'r swydd hon yn addas i unigolion sydd â sgiliau cyfathrebu a threfnu ardderchog sy'n weithgar, hyblyg ac yn mwynhau bod yn rhan o dîm prysur. Mae'n well gennym rywun sydd â phrofiad o arwain tîm ond byddwn hefyd yn ystyried rhywun sydd â thystiolaeth o brofiad sylweddol fel Mamograffydd.

External and Internal Applicants (BCUHB Radiology)

Band 7 – Mammography Lead Role – Wrexham Maelor – 1 WTE

An opportunity has arisen in Wrexham Maelor Hospital Radiology Department for a suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic mammographer with a commitment to high quality patient care to join and lead a highly performing team. The role will initially be a job share to enable the successful candidate to work alongside an experienced breast lead radiographer.

The post is suitable to individuals with excellent communication and organisational skills who are hardworking, flexible and enjoy being part of a busy team. Experience of leading a team is preferable but evidence of considerable experience as a mammographer would also be considered.

In addition to leading a team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to take responsibility for the management and delivery of the mammography service in Wrexham Maelor which will include providing specialist advice, local budgetary control, delivery of local access and activity targets and clinical governance. Although responsible for the Wrexham breast imaging service, the post holder will also work closely with the Principal Breast Radiographer and other senior colleagues in the continuing development and delivery of safe and effective breast services across North Wales.
