The Patient Experience Team is looking to appoint a Patient and Service User Experience Co-ordinator to join the team. The post will be located at Ysbyty Maelor Wrexham.

The principal role of the Co-ordinator will be to support the Patient and Service User Experience Manager on existing and new service projects. The role will involve working with service users and will include handling sensitive telephone calls, booking appointments, organising meetings, managing and collating sensitive and confidential information.

If you are an experienced administrator with a good eye for detail, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, are empathetic and enthusiastic, the Patient and Service User Experience team would like to hear from you.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
