A vacancy in Wrexham Maelor has arisen within the Medical Workforce team for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who have excellent administration and IT skills to assist in the provision of Medical Workforce services to Clinical Programme Groups across the Health Board. As part of the Workforce and Organisation Development Department, the Medical Workforce team provides advice and guidance in respect of medical and dental staff terms and conditions of service as well as a medical workforce recruitment service and the provision of Agency Locum medical staff across North Wales. The Medical Workforce Assistants will undertake the recruitment process for Medical and Dental staff from advert through to producing contracts of employment, and will arrange Medical Locum cover as required using approved Medical Locum Agencies. These are challenging roles in a busy department. A confident and customer focused approach is required as are excellent communication skills, a professional manner and an eye for detail. You require experience of working with IT systems including Microsoft Office. Previous experience of working in a Medical Workforce; recruitment or HR environment is not essential but would be an advantage.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
