Are you a well-motivated, organised, team player with secretarial experience looking for an exciting new opportunity and the chance to develop and broaden your skills?
We are looking to recruit an administrative assistant to support a busy infection prevention and control team based at Wrexham Maelor Hospital Betsi Cadwalladar Health Board. Reporting to the Clinical Service Lead Infection Prevention, the post holder will be involved in a wide range of duties, including general administration, responding to telephone calls, minute taking, planning and organisation of team activities, diary management, and secretarial support for the Clinical Service Manager and liaising with all levels of Health Board staff. The successful candidate will need to be a flexible, adaptable individual with excellent communication and computer skills, including excel spreadsheets. You should be able to work both autonomously as well as part of a team. If you are a real team player and can respond quickly and easily to changing priorities and demands, this could be the post for you!
