An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic Community Nurse to join our team on a temporary basis to cover Maternity Leave working within the Coedpoeth / Brynteg District Nursing Team. Both community home visits and Clinic based work will be required for this post, therefore knowledge of Leg Ulcer Management is essential.  You will be based at Coedpoeth but the team work across both District Nursing Team bases. 

Coedpoeth/Brynteg DN Team cover 8 GP Practices and are an integrated DN Team.  The post holder will be responsible to the Band 7 Team Leader.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
