Our Rehabilitation Unit is a very busy place, yet friendly and we pride ourselves in feeling like we belong to one big family. We offer an excellent development opportunity for experienced nurses and 6 months preceptorship for newly qualified staff.  The Unit consists of 2 wards - Onnen 27 bedded which focuses on stroke rehabilitation and Acton 22 bedded which focuses on Parkinsons and Orthopaedic rehabilitation. 

The unit works closely with all members of the MDT focusing on effective and safe discharge of our patients. We provide the unique opportunity to work within different areas to develop and extend skills and knowledge in a supported environment.  The areas include the Rehabilitation Unit, Community Hospitals, District Nursing and Community Resource Team. We also promote and encourage strong working relationships across MDT working and offer excellent career opportunities.

Mae'r uned yn cydweithio'n agos â holl Aelodau'r tîm MDT gan ganolbwyntio ar ryddhau ein cleifion yn effeithiol ac yn ddiogel. Rydym yn darparu'r cyfle unigryw i weithio o fewn gwahanol ardaloedd i ddatblygu ac ymestyn sgiliau a gwybodaeth mewn amgylchedd â chymorth.   Mae'r meysydd hyn yn cynnwys yr uned adsefydlu, ysbytai cymunedol, y tîm nyrsio ardal ac adnoddau cymunedol.  Rydym hefyd yn hyrwyddo ac yn annog perthnasau gwaith cryf ar draws y timau MDT sy'n gweithio ac yn cynnig cyfleoedd gyrfa ragorol.
