To provide hands on direct support to service users including facilitating all aspects of daily living such as supporting service users in meeting personal care needs; washing and dressing, shopping and preparing food; household domestic and leisure activities, and accessing community activities for adults with learning disabilities, resident in Flintshire, Wrexham, Denbighshire, Conwy, Gwynedd.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
