We would like to recruit a part time telephone receptionist for Ty Llywelyn MSU, Llanfairfechan.
The role will entail providing a comprehensive reception and clerical support for the Mental Health Service. The post holder will need to demonstrate a courteous, professional and sensitive manner at all times the post-holder is expected to prioritise, manage his/her time and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
They will need to be part of a cohesive and integrated admin function of the service. By the nature of the duties, the post-holder will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with patients, carers, relatives, medical / clinical staff and other service users, using the telephone and in writing, with courtesy and discretion at all times.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
