Betsi Cadwaladr University Local Health Board is the largest health organisation in Wales and, as a fully integrated organisation is responsible for providing a full range of primary, community, mental health and acute hospital services across the six counties of North Wales. We serve a bi-lingual population and are committed to improving their health and well-being through everything we do.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to undertake the role of Area Nurse Director to join the Central Area Strategic Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the definition of a strong sustainable future for the Health Board and its services, and work with partners to re-shape every aspect of health and social care for the benefit of the local communities of Conwy and Denbighshire.

In this critical portfolio, you will provide inspirational and dynamic professional leadership across the nursing workforce to further enhance patient experience, clinical outcomes and the safety of our patients.
