An opportunity has arisen to join the team nursing a surgical assessment unit at Glan Clwyd hospital. The ward is a busy and dynamic surgical assessment unit with 24 beds. The nursing team is proactive and innovative with a wealth of knowledge in this specialized field. All nursing staff are encouraged to keep abreast with new initiatives and interventions, mandatory training and other courses which are relevant. Staff will receive induction and receive support through staff meetings, preceptorship and personal development reviews. In general, this is an exciting and fascinating opportunity for professional development and expertise in the field.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
