The successful candidate will work within the Paediatric Continence Service providing advice and support to children and young people and their families within Central Area, Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board 

To manage a caseload of children and young people making autonomous decisions regarding the management of their condition and working closely with the wider team to provide supervision eg to School Nurses

To liaise with other agencies within the local health economy to develop an effective and co-ordinated approach to client care and to provide information and education to any parties involved in care delivery.

 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
