Exciting opportunity for a Qualified Nurse to join the Dwyfor District Nursing service based with the Dwyfor Ganol district nursing team in Bryn Beryl Hospital.  The post is initially based with the  Dwyfor Ganol  District Nursing team but is considered within the Dwyfor  Locality Nursing resource which will involve development of skills and competencies to support the wide range of services offered in the community.

The successful candidates will be rostered onto shifts which include Nights, days, weekends and public holidays.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply
