JOB PURPOSE:

 

  • To work with Health Visitors in order to promote the health and wellbeing of children and their families.
  • To support the delivery of the Child Health Promotion Programme to a defined population within a variety of settings.
  • Guided by standard practices the Post Holder will use their initiative to deal with situations independently. This could involve Children in Need of Protection/Children in Need.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
