A very exciting opportunity has arisen to work at one of our Health Board Managed Practices and to be part of shaping and delivering primary care services for the population of Porthmadog and Criccieth.
We are looking for an experienced Nurse, ideally with their own Independent Prescribing to support our vastly experienced team of GPs and Nurses.
You will be responsible for your own caseload, and will manage patients on our patient registers which includes chronic conditions management. In addition, you will hold your own clinical sessions, caring for patients who present with a wide range of conditions and requirements.
You will have a flexible approach to your working day, as our Practices are open to patients between 8.30 in the morning and 6.30 in the evening.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
