An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clerical officer to join the Community Resource Team in Canolfan Crwst, Llanrwrst. The purpose of this post is to provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative service within the Community Resource Team (CRT). Acts as the first point of contact for telephone communication for the CRT. The post holder will work within the Llanrwst CRT alongside District Nurses, Therapy Services, Local Authority colleagues and Voluntary Sector to provide a seamless administrative service to the Multidisciplinary Teams.
