HEALTH VISITOR PERMANENT BAND 6 -37.5 HOURS LLANDUDNO .

Student Health Visitors are invited to apply for this post and will work as Band 5 Community Staff Nurses until registered as a Health Visitor.

Llandudno  and historic Conwy are close to Snowdonia and other scenic areas within North Wales.  This post will be an exciting challenge for the successful candidate.   There is a team of Health Visitors and Nursery Nurse and Admin staff who are very supportive. There is also a safeguarding team in the locality who offer both regular and ad hoc safeguarding supervision.   

We are looking for a Health Visitor to join our team to manage a caseload within a defined population; with the overarching aims of increasing family resilience, improving population health outcomes and reducing health inequalities whilst safeguarding the wellbeing of children.
