An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join the Oncology and Haematology Service at the Shooting Star Unit, Ysbyty Maelor Wrexham within Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. The post will be based on the Unit and be instrumental in the delivery and development of the existing service, working with the existing nursing and medical teams. We are seeking a nurse with excellent up to date specialist clinical knowledge and skills, some experience of implementing changes within services would be beneficial. The Nurse Practitioner will administer chemotherapy, for both Oncology and Haematology patients within the Day Unit. The role will involve liaising regularly with healthcare professionals across health care settings within North Wales and wider.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh applicants are equally welcome to apply.
