Mae Ardal y Dwyrain yn gyffrous iawn i hysbysebu rôl Metron Ardal Lleol. Ar hyn o bryd mae dwy swydd i'w recriwtio, sy'n cwmpasu siroedd Wrecsam a Sir y Fflint. Bydd y ddwy swydd uwch nyrs yn darparu arweinyddiaeth glir ac arbenigedd clinigol wrth reoli gwasanaethau Nyrsio Ardal a Thimau Adnoddau Cymunedol. Bydd y deiliaid swyddi llwyddiannus yn arwain datblygiad gwasanaethau yn y dyfodol, i sicrhau gofal nyrsio diogel a chynaliadwy o ansawdd uchel gyda'r ethos gofal cyffredinol yn nes at adref. Bydd y rôl hefyd yn cynnwys bod yn rhan o rôl gymunedol y diwrnod ac efydd ar alwad ar safle Ysbyty Maelor ar sail rota.

Mae’r gallu i siarad Cymraeg yn ddelfrydol ar gyfer y swydd hon; mae croeso i ymgeiswyr sy’n siarad Cymraeg a/neu Saesneg geisio am y swydd hon.
