We believe in developmental and training opportunities for our staff and therefore are currently seeking to recruit highly motivated, passionate Band 5 Community Nurse.
The successful applicant will need to have excellent communication skills with an ability to provide clinically effective care within the District Nurse Team.
This is a rotational post and will involve both day and night duties
The West Division of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board delivers District Nursing Services across the Counties of Gwynedd and Anglesey working in an integrated way with partner organisations to deliver high quality evidence based care in order to maintain patients in their own homes and communities, averting hospital admissions, empowering the patient towards self management and implementing seamless patient centred care and treatment.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
