Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, in partnership with Coleg Llandrillo will be offering the opportunity to "grow our own"  apprentices into the Health Board by offering the opportunity to complete an apprenticeship programme in Health and Social Care.  This will consist of work placements within clinical areas, supported by teaching sessions to ensure that the apprentice has the relevant knowledge and skills to work effectively within the care environment.  We are looking for people with a minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, which must including Maths, English or Welsh first language.  Candidates should be self motivated, willing to learn and have the attitudes and approach to be part of a team that delivers high quality patient care.

The programme will consist of the following qualification over a 12 month period.

Level 2 All Wales accreidted HCA Induction Programme
Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adult) Level 3

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
