Are you a highly motivated and organised individual? Are you looking for a new challenge? Then we have an exciting opportunity for a qualified nurse preferably already working at an advanced level.

The post holder should be an experienced nurse who would be willing to work towards MSc Advanced Practise or equivalent masters level post registration study.

The post holder will provide clinical leadership within busy community Hospital where patients are referred from GP or hospital setting. The post holder will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and other community services and be able to practice at an advanced level of professional autonomy as well as being a good team player.

The role of Trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioner is key to driving standards for professionals and ensuring the delivery of care to patients is exemplary and timely within a proactive community hospital.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
