We are looking to recruit a full time (37.5 hrs) Learning Disability Nurse to join the Conwy Learning Disability Team.
Applications are invited for RNLD nurses to join a progressive and well established and experienced Team to provide a high quality service to people with Learning Disabilities who are on the Learning Disability Register in the County of Conwy.
The successful applicant will provide person centred care for individuals with Learning Disabilities and associated complex health needs. As a key member of the team they should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to lead and motivate others. They should also be willing to work flexibly within the team.
The Community learning disability nurses are based with and work jointly with Social Services, and work closely with other agencies with the aim of meeting health needs, developing valued lifestyles and maintaining quality lives in the community.
Welsh is desirable for this post
