Mae'r practis yn cynnig gwasanaethau gofal cychwynnol i boblogaeth practis o ryw 8,500 o gleifion. X2 fulltime and 1 part time Receptionists

Rysseldene Surgery, West End Medical Centre, Colwyn Bay

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is delighted to be able to advertise for 2 full time and 1 part time permanent Receptionists at Rysseldene Surgery. Rysseldene Surgery is a Health Board Practice based in the new West End Medical Centre, Colwyn Bay.

The practice offers primary care services to a practice population of approximately 8,500 patients. You will be an integral member of the practice team, working alongside our Practice Nursing team, Nurse Practitioners and GPs you will be expected to provide a comprehensive and high quality reception service for the surgery including managing the GP, Nurse Practitioner and Practice Nursing team appointments’ diaries

The practice is open from 8am until 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Post holders will be expected to work within a rota with other members of the reception team.

You will also be expected to undertake audio typing, scanning, filing and coding as directed by the Practice Manager, process requests for repeat medication in accordance with practice and health board policies.

You will be working in a challenging environment that undergoes constant changes and you will need to exercise judgement and use a combination of skills to deal with day-to-day issues.

The post holder will be expected to demonstrate a sensitive and caring attitude that is client-focused and maintain a calm and organised approach when working under pressure.

The ability to speak welsh is essential for this post.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
