An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic, forward thinking Childrens Nurse. We are looking for a highly motivated Childrens Community Nurse Team Manager for the Central Area in North Wales.


The Community Children's team provide care and support to children and their families with complex health care needs and life limiting / life threatening conditions. The team also support children with short term conditions that require care at home. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing the team and be able to offer expert advice and support to colleagues and other agencies.


The post holder will be based in Central Area and will lead a team of Childrens Community nurses and Health care support workers. We are looking for an individual who has drive and passion to expand and develop services, who also has proven management skills, a commitment to education, learning and development along with the ability to deliver high quality care. We require a highly motivated children’s nurse who is able to embrace positive change and transformation to meet the demands of the community we serve, improving the patient experience as well as developing evidence based practice.

This post is eligible for relocation allowance where appropriate.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
