The opportunity has arisen to join the Nursing Team on Padarn Ward, Eryri Hospital.
The ward is a busy dynamic ward of 20 beds which specialises in the rehabilitation of patients and palliative care.
The nursing team are proactive, innovative and have a wealth of knowledge in this specialist area.
All ward nursing staff are expected to keep up to date with new and emerging initiatives and interventions. All of the team are supported to do mandatory training other courses which are relevant such as enablement and extended skills such as phlebotomy.
Also staff will be given an induction programme and will receive support through staff meetings, and personal development reviews
Overall this is an exciting and interesting ward which will give the opportunity for professional development and specialist knowledge in this area.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
