We are looking for an experienced Business Manager with in depth knowledge of both business change and practical experience of delivering successful projects across a complicated and challenging environment. 

This post will manage a range of service improvement projects, coordinate relationships with Area Teams, Hospital Teams and Corporate services.

In liaison with the Area Director take a lead role on behalf of the Area Team  on integrated business planning agenda to meet core priorities and integrated service strategies.  The post holder will be expected to put in place information systems that will capture accurate information and deliver robust reports on Area activity that will meet the requirements of the Area Team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
