Applications are invited for a motivated and enthusiastic Secretary to support the team within the Pharmacy Department.
The successful applicant will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Pharmacy Management Team and staff within the department, which will include facilitating and attending meetings. The secretary will also support and provide cover for the Administration Manager.
Applicants should have a good general education background and experience of office work together with excellent organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate must be able to work using their own initiative without direct supervision. The ability to use basic electronic information systems is essential as is knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience within a pharmaceutical or medical environment would be beneficial but not essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
