30 awr am gyfnod penodol ar gyfer cyfnod mamolaeth tan 20/01/2020

Gan weithio fel rhan o’r Tîm Ward Achosian Brys bydd disgwyl i ddeilydd y swydd roi cefnogaeth glercio effeithiol i’r staff nyrsio ar y Ward.

Rhaid i ymgeiswyr hefyd gael addysg o safon dda, a bod yn hyblyg a chael sgiliau trefnu da. Mae dull proffesiynol ar y ffôn yn hanfodol i dderbyn ac ymateb yn gwrtais i bob ymholiad ffôn ynghylch gofal cleifion.

Elfen allweddol o’r rôl hon fydd cefnogi aelodau eraill o’r tîm yn ystod cyfnodau o salwch ac absenoldeb blynyddol ac felly mae elfen o hyblygrwydd yn hanfodol.

Byddai profiad o waith clerc ward a gwybodaeth am System Gweinyddu Cleifion (PAS) yn ddymunol ond ddim yn hanfodol oherwydd bydd hyfforddiant llawn ar gael. Byddai’r gallu i siarad Cymraeg yn ddymunol hefyd.
