The opportunity has arisen for a Registered nurse to work on ward 12 specialising in renal and diabetes.
Ward 12 has 24 beds has 6 spaces available for haemodialysis to be performed and nursing staff are competent in providing peritoneal dialysis (pd). Training will be provided in this specialised area of nursing pd.
Ward 12 focuses on the delivery of safe, quality care reducing harm to patients and ensuring patients experience is positive.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
