Are you ready in your career for your next management challenge? We are looking to appoint an experienced NHS manager to provide day to day operational and performance management of services. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to join a highly engaged and committed team, working alongside consultant and nurse colleagues to continue to develop and improve quality of care and experience for our patients

To be considered for this role you will need:

 

  • Proven operational and performance management experience in the NHS.
  • A demonstrable track record of delivering against national access standards.
  • A “can do” approach!
  • To be highly proficient in building and maintaining relationships across clinical and operational teams.
  • Effective leadership skills to ensure teams provide the highest standards of safe, clean, personal and efficient care.

 

Experience and understanding of quality improvement projects or initiatives.

It is an extremely exciting time for the Central Area Community Medicine Team and we are looking for a highly motivated manager who is keen to support and develop our services, working collaboratively with other specialties and external partners including the Third Sector, Local Authorities, Welsh Ambulance Service and Care Home Providers.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
