Cardiac Rehabilitation specialist nurse
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our experienced team of specialist nurses in the delivery of Cardiac rehabilitation. We are seeking a nurse who possess a nursing background in Cardiology and who has completed a Masters in advanced clinical practice, or who is already working towards completion
The purpose of the role is to provide specialist Cardiac Rehabilitation knowledge, expertise and skills for patients and their families that promotes recovery and self-management. This requires you to work both autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a safe and effective pathway for cardiac patients. Being engaged with the four pillars of advance practice is vital to put into practice current strategic plans for Cardiology and ensuring service development
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
