A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant Breast Radiographer in Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

As a Consultant Breast Radiographer you will have the opportunity to work in a Health Board which is in the process of exciting transformational change. You will be able to work independently as well as part of the team of Breast Consultant Radiologists in BCUHB and will be a key member of the wider BCUHB breast team.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a high level of clinical expertise, have excellent communication skills, initiative, and have the ability to work as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. The post holder will be trained to Masters Level and hold all breast modules.

The post holder will be experienced in reporting symptomatic mammograms and breast ultrasound, performing image guided core biopsies, pre surgical image guided localisations, core biopsies and ultrasound guided cyst aspirations. The post holder will be a member of the MDT and contribute to team discussions and decisions. Experience of assessment and/or symptomatic clinics would be an advantage.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
