The post-holder will provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the Step Down Matron and Discharge Liaison Team within the Central Area. The support secretary supports the team in the management of the patient’s journey and the timely discharge from the acute hospitals to either community hospitals or home under the guidance of the Site Administrator. He/she must be flexible and able to work as part of a team. All duties must be carried out in accordance with Departmental and Health Board Policy.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
