We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and enthusiastic deputy ward manager to work as part of our team on ward 2. This a 12 month secondment opportunity. You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills and be able to work as an effective member of the multi disciplinary team.
We are currently looking for a registered general nurse who is ready for a new challenge, be part of developing a new service and be part of some significant changes.

If your answer is yes, we want your application. The ward is a 24 bed ward with CAU and ready for home. The nursing team are proactive, innovative and have a wealth of knowledge in this specialist area. The ward is supported by a team of therapists and consultant who are passionate about the speciality.
Overall this is an exciting and interesting ward which will give the opportunity for professional development and specialist knowledge in this area.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
