We are looking for enthusiastic, and highly motivated Health Visitor/s to work within our Flying Start multi-agency team.

The postholder will provide an enhanced Health Visiting service within the Flying Start initiative as recommended by Welsh Government. They will have professional responsibility for a defined caseload and contribute to the delivery and organisation of the Public Health Programme. Based within the community setting the Health Visitor will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care offered to Flying Start families, with particular attention to Children In Need and Safeguarding.

They will be responsible for co-coordinating and delegating work within a skill-mix team. We offer an induction and preceptorship programme and the safeguarding team offer regular supervision.

This is a part time, 30 hour post, with the base being in Bethesda. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
