An exciting opportunity has arisen within Area West for a suitably experienced staff member to undertake the position of Falls Coordinator.
This post is a Band 6 Falls coordinator for the West Area, Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB). The remit of the post is to develop and maintain a data base of patients referred to the service across the West, ensuring base line data and outcomes are available to evaluate the service for future development. The post holder will also be expected to deliver training around the prevention and management of Falls prevention in care homes and other sites in the West Area. To undertake falls groups as appropriate.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
