Working as a member of the CMATS admin team, you will provide efficient and effective secretarial support for clinical services, typing letters reports and correspondence from dictated materials.

You will also be required assist in the department with referral inputting and booking appointments and to ensure results are processed appropriately within set timescales. You will need to have audio typing experience, IT literacy and a good general level of education.

The ability to work as part of a busy team is essential.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.

Applicant requirements

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
