BCUHB’s Translation Service is looking for two full time Translators to work in the organisation’s Welsh Language Unit for a fixed 12 month contract. The successful candidates will be a part of the organisation's expanding translation team following investment to ensure a prominent position within the Health Board.

We are looking for individuals that can work effectively in response to the needs of the service within a supportive and friendly team. We welcome applications from experienced translators as well as newly-graduated studens.

Location: To be discussed, including home working.

Applicant requirements

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
