BAND 7 WARD MANAGER

PAEDIATRIC UNIT YSBYTY GWYNEDD

Are you committed to leading the ward team to provide the highest standard of nursing care?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Ward Manager on the Paediatric Unit Ysbyty Gwynedd Bangor. The Unit has 21 in patient beds including a HDU and Resus cubicle and an Oncology cubicle, 8 Surgical /Medical day case beds and 5 assessment unit trolleys.

The successful post holder will ensure the day to day operational management of the ward and be instrumental in driving the quality improvement programme on the ward.

This is a challenging role requiring an exceptional candidate and in return you will be supported by the leadership team to develop your full potential for the future.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
