THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 12 MONTHS DUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced operational manager to undertake the role of Deputy Directorate General Manager for the Surgery, Anaesthetics and Critical Care Directorate in Ysbyty Gwynedd. / Emergency Care (Maternity Leave cover)

Experience of managing complex operational delivery against National targets is essential. Excellent people and staff management skills are also critical, including the ability to build strong multi-disciplinary clinically lead teams to drive improvements in patient care pathways.

The post holder will also be responsible for undertaking analysis and collation of service delivery, overseeing the RTT waiting times programme, capacity and demand, business case planning, workforce planning and improvement.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
