Band 7 Ward Manager

Coronary Care Unit (CCU)

Are you an inspiring and independent leader?

Are you committed to leading the ward team to provide the highest standard of nursing care?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 7 Ward Manager on the Coronary Care Unit (CCU} at Gwynedd Hospital which specialises in cardiac patients.

The successful post holder will ensure the day to day operational management of the ward and be instrumental in driving the quality improvement programme on the ward.

You will have significant experience in acute medicine and the designated speciality of cardiology. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of the benefits of a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and the ability to communicate with all professional groups.

This is a challenging role requiring an exceptional candidate and in return you will be supported by the leadership team to develop your full potential for the future.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
