An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with a high level of administrative and secretarial experience to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the Site Director of Nursing, Secondary Care, Ysbyty Gwynedd. The successful candidate will need to be fully conversant with the Microsoft Package, and experience of other IT packages used within the hospital will also be an advantage. The role will involve a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail is paramount. You will be working as part of an Admin team who support the Hospital Management Team, and will be required, on occasion, to support the Managing Director, Hospital Director, Hospital Medical Director, Heads of Nursing and Directorate General Managers.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
